1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS - GENERAL

10. GENERAL
10.1 This T&C are governed by the laws of INDIA, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute between you and S16 WEB & GRAPHIC DESIGNING SCHOOL regarding this T&C will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in INDIA and you expressly waive all defenses to jurisdiction.
